Isla Gaffney

Isla Gaffney is a director and creative producer based in Margate, originally from London, specialising in dance and music-led films rooted in culture, movement and authentic storytelling.

With a passion for music and rhythm, her work is driven by human connection, capturing real people and the spaces they inhabit with honesty and energy. Drawing on her background in creative production, she brings a documentary-style approach to filmmaking, blending observational storytelling with a strong visual sensibility.She has created and produced work for clients including the BRIT Awards, St Mungo's, Dr. Martens, NTS among others.Isla is currently developing a scripted short film exploring London-Irish identity and cultural duality.
