Milla Lewis

Milla Lewis is a UK-based filmmaker whose work focuses on the intersection of history, memory and myth. A First-Class Photography graduate from Brighton University, she was the recipient the Directing Mentorship at the National Film School in Łódź, where she made Mercy, earning a 2023 Sundance Ignite Fellowship. In 2024, she wrote and directed Divine Origins with the support of the Sundance Institute. Her films have screened internationally, including at Sundance, Tirana, LGBT Film Festival Poland, and the 225 Club at the BFI.
