Rachel is an animator, screen-printer and part time sushi chef. Born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel, to parents that immigrated from the former USSR, she graduated with a degree in animation from Bezalel Academy. Having practiced silk screen print for the last two years, she now works from a DIY screen-print workshop she built as part of the independent artist collective STRAUS, based in Jerusalem. As a sushi chef, she explores the depths of the Japanese kitchen.
