Sanjoli Malani is a filmmaker from Mumbai, India, and a recent MA Filmmaking graduate (with distinction) from London Film School. Her passion for storytelling began at a young age, driving her to pursue a career in film. Before moving to London, she worked as a Producer and Director, collaborating with notable clients like Netflix India.With a deep affinity for comedy and slice-of-life narratives, Sanjoli brings a unique perspective to her work. Over the years, she has taken on multidisciplinary roles across production, directing, and lighting—an experience that has enriched her visual storytelling. As she transitions towards long-format filmmaking, she aims to strike a balance between commercial and independent cinema.When she's not making films, you’ll likely find her experimenting in the kitchen, blending creativity in both storytelling and cooking.
