Julia Mervis

Julia Mervis is a documentary director from London, with a distinctive, wry approach and very high production value films. Her work has been screened & nominated across lots of good festivals, like Sheffield Doc Fest, BFI Future Film Festival, London Short Film Fest, SXSW London, etc. Julia's films are playful and funny. They experiment with truth, documentary making and what we have come to accept as normal, and dive into the big issues of society today through, well, less big entry points.And what's really nice about her is that she's always up for new projects and collaborations — so do get in touch!
