Kate is currently developing her second feature, a psychological drama, tied to the Yorkshire landscape and a formative childhood friendship. So when GILONE shared her EP, Kate felt something similar to her script in TIGHT's exploration of memory and platonic love in friendship; and so the narrative for TIGHT came naturally to her. Shot in a DIY way with a team of 4, TIGHT is a labour of love for all the collaborators, and a homage to Kate and GILONE's ever-evolving friendship and desire to create together.
