This film is a deeply personal piece inspired by Mollana’s own experience navigating a male-dominated industry. She began working in film at 18, and eight years later she has come to realise how much she reshaped parts of herself in an attempt to fit in among men.

At its heart, the film explores the tension between authenticity and acceptance, and the quiet struggle many women face as they suppress their femininity in order to belong. It reflects on the unspoken fear that embracing femininity may come at the expense of credibility.
